Miniso AM LLC is looking for an energized, motivated and self-driven individual for the position of Store Manager. This position is an opportunity for the Store Manager looking to grow in an international retail company.

Responsibilities
- Effectively recruit and manage employees;
- Monitor performance of staff and train employees to full potential;
- Deal with customer queries and complaints;
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency;
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment;
- Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year of similar work experience;
- Knowledge of 1C program;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Attention to details.
