Responsibilities

• Customer support through online chat, phone call and e-mail; customer inquiries include information on services, games, bets and other products/services provided by the company;
• Support to the company bet shop employees via incoming calls only;
• Handle incoming calls related to the company and transfer to corresponding departments, if needed.

RequiredQualifications

Our customers call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We need a candidate that is

• Prepared to work any 8 hours, 5 days per week;
• A natural communicator;
• Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer service;
• Proficient in Armenian and Persian languages (written and verbal), knowledge of Russian and/or English languages will be a plus;
• With good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) will be an asset;
• Responsible;
• Able to work under pressure.
