Job: HR Manager at Arpa-Sevan OJSC Company

Arpa-Sevan OJSC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to support business needs and ensure business success through human resources management, performance management, training and development. The successful candidate will work directly with the General Director.

- Develop and manage a performance appraisal system;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including reviewing job descriptions and preparing questions, preparing employment contracts, etc., and counsel the Management team on candidate selection;
- Direct the preparation of documentation and other information required for compliance with RA Labour Code and other employee-related laws and governmental regulations;
- Ensure the compliance of all Company policies and procedures with current Labour Code and employment regulations and keep the Management team and employees informed with any change in policy;
- Prepare all necessary documentation for health insurance of employees;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization and come up with suggestions on improving the organisational structure, job design and employee performance;
- Assist the General Manager in designing and implementing strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction;
- Assist the General Director with employee discipline;
- Review the wage and salary policy and suggest new pay and benefits system across the Company (e.g. performance based pay);
- Maintain new and effective employee communication and feedback system;
- Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement;
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development;
- Perform administrative and other job-related duties if needed.

- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience as an HR Manager or in another executive role in HR field;
- Excellent knowledge of the RA Labour Code and other regulations related to employment and human resources;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- People oriented and results driven person;
- Knowledge of work safety regulations;
- Excellent knowledge of employee performance evaluation systems;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Good working knowledge of HR systems and databases as well as employee motivation methods;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.
