Ucom LLC is looking for a Retail Information System and Data Coordinator. The incumbent will develop, generate and analyse reports related to the Sales Department.

Responsibilities
- Help front line employees for after-sales module;
- Administer IT tools user access and roles;
- Follow up on data migration between different databases;
- Provide support to operations and front line employees related to Work force topics;
- Provide training on IT tools;
- Cooperate with vendor and IT Department for IT tools maintenance and support service, new functionality development and new tools introduction;
- Implement partner liabilities reconciliation, follow up on acts of acceptance;
- Manage projects on new modules development, software integration, system improvements;
- Develop manuals and user guides for deployed software and related procedures.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- Firm knowledge of IT applications, tools and software used in the context of the job;
- Knowledge of 1C software;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, database structure, data migration and storage schemes;
- Skills to deliver training on IT tools and operational procedure;
- Stress resistance, ability to exercise self-control and overcome stressful situations;
- Perfect knowledge of Armenian language, at least intermediate level of English and Russian languages.
