Responsibilities
- Carry out the personnel documentation of the company according to the requirements of the Labor legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
- Prepare internal legal acts: orders, employment contracts, agreements, personal files of employees, workbooks and other employee personnel documentation;
- Handle employee databases, annual and disability vacations, rotation through different departments, change of position, etc.;
- Work with the staff in line with the company's overall development goals;
- Participate in finding personnel with the required specification and qualification for the structural units of the company;
- Participate in the work of employees, in competitions for vacancies, as well as in the procedures for evaluating the results of attestation;
- Participate in programs of adaptation for employees in their probation period;
- Participate in the planning of social development of the structural department staff, in settlement of disputes and conflicts at work;
- Participate in the coordination and organization of the activities of the Human Resources Management structural departments;
- Participate in the development and implementation of the HR policy of the Company;
- Participate in the planning and implementation of training programs, team building, staff certification, as well as organizational development;
- Participate in the development and implementation of the motivation system, as well as in the enhancement of the staff's commitment;
- Participate in the process of human capital development of the Company;
- Participate in staff recruitment, organization of competitions, interviews, professional tests, as well as developing job descriptions;
- Participate in the development of human resource management procedures, elaborating documents and forms for their implementation, and provide the necessary personnel documentation;
- Participate in carrying out other functions of the Human Resources Management department.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education (in the sphere of business management);
- At least one year of working experience;
- Good command of Russian and English languages;
- Knowledge of computer programs: MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel), Internet (work with social networks),
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Ability to make quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Organizational, administrative and communication skills.
