Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Register taxpayer online applications
- Handle the majority of employee documentation: employment contracts, agreements, NDA and other documents (employment, dismissal, compensation change, vacations, etc.) according to the Labor Code of the RA
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Reviewing and renewing company policies
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Provide with corresponding information to accountancy concerning personnel records
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Law, Economics or related field;
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in HR administration
- Excellent knowledge of RA Labor Code;
- Good knowledge of ArmSoft personnel registration module
- Proven experience working with MS Word, Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English would be an asset
- Minimal knowledge in accountancy would be an asset
- Job planning and coordination skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Self-organized and ability to prioritize
- A good understanding and knowledge of employment law
