Responsibilities
- Manage and follow-up all stages of product delivery, from strategy planning to final tactical actions
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to create a distinctive vision for Casino products
- Create and manage startup projects
- Manage and supervise teams to develop and integrate online casino products, such as Sports Betting, Live Casino, RNG table games and slots
- Cooperate with different departments, link business and marketing, customer service and technology
- Establish and manage relationships with partners, ensure to deliver the best possible products for the targeted market
- Maintain brand standards, keeping the balance between everyday requirements and innovations
- Continuous improvement of products based on customers’, internal partners’ and shareholders’ feedback
- Ongoing research of targeted markets to obtain full information about current brands, competitors' abilities, business innovations and growth capabilities
- Always motivate and inspire people
- On the regular bases prepare reports for stakeholders regarding company’s results and successes
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in economics or business administration
- At least 4 years of work experience in gaming industry, minimum 2 years of managerial experience
- Understanding of casino software and casino rules as well as legal aspects of casino management
- Experience in Casino management will be a big plus
- Knowledge of Totogaming products and services will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Advanced computer skills, strong knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to evaluate customer recommendations through CMS tools with exceptional understanding of customers’ activities
- Ability to work on several tasks, as well as on several projects simultaneously
- Readiness to work in stressful situations, under pressure and within certain deadlines
- Strong organizational, decision making, problem solving and other management skills
- Motivated person with desire to succeed, achieve profitable results
