Description
Efusoft is seeking a motivated Farsi Speaking Account Manager to join our team. He or She will be responsible for creating and supporting long-lasting and trustful relationships with our partners. A key focus is account growth, customer satisfaction and prioritization of clients at a high standard.
Responsibilities
-Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of issue resolutions according to our partners' needs and requirements
-Provide high-level customer care
-Prepare reports
RequiredQualifications
-Common Sense
-Higher education
-Background in IT is preferable
-Excellent knowledge of English and Farsi languages, any additional language is a plus
-Advanced computer skills
-High sense of responsibility
-Basic knowledge on igaming will be considered as an advantage
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Self-motivated, ability to work with independently with minimum supervision
-Strong team player
-Ability to prioritize and simultaneously perform different tasks
