Description
Benivo (formerly FlatClub) is looking for a Scrum Master to develop, maintain work and provide support on the product. This hands-on position is accountable for upholding the Scrum values principles and practices.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, release planning and sprint retrospectives;
- Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams and other Scrum Masters;
- Act as a link between the PO and the Development Team for the purpose of efficient delivery of the product;
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Teams on Agile principles, practices and values;
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation;
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the roadblock;
- Understand the vision, sprint/ drop goals and product backlog to ensure smooth implementation;
- Help the Product Owner to groom and maintain the product backlog;
- Ensure adherence to Definition of Done;
- Monitor team retrospective items to ensure continuous improvement;
- Provide visibility to teams' status.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Extensive experience in using Scrum and deep understanding of Agile principles practices and values;
- Excellent soft skills; an ability to maintain efficient interpersonal relationships;
- Ability to adapt, be flexible, and work well in a cross-functional and matrix management environment;
- Ability to drive clarity of purpose and goals for release and sprint planning;
- Servant leader attitude with a strong desire for continuous improvement;
- Ability to understand business requirements and ensure effective communication with PO;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Technical and development skills;
- Availability of a professional certification in Scrum;
- Experience in working in a product company.
