Description
"AAB Project" LLC is announcing vacant position of Equipment Maintenance Supervisor based in Yerevan.
Responsibilities
-Meet equipment maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems
-Accomplish equipment maintenance human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
-Supervise equipment maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
-Maintain function and reliability of equipment systems by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts
-Improve function and reliability of equipment systems by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions
-Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with RA law regulations
RequiredQualifications
-University degree. Preferably in technical, mechanical or any equivalent combination of education and experience
-Minimum 2 years of sufficient experience of equipment maintenance processes, means and methods
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-High level of safety awareness skills, regulations and quality standards
-Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian & English languages
-Competent in conflict and crisis management
-Excellent time and project management skills
-Good communication skills to interact with different groups of people effectively
-Driving Licence B,C and own transport
