Description
"AAB Project" LLC is announcing vacant position of Client Relationship Manager based in Yerevan.
Responsibilities
-Proactively create and develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients in order to generate additional business and enhance key relationships
-Work effectively with Director and Managers within the business to identify new products and growth opportunities
-Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximise business potential from each client relationship
-Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients, following up on progress
-Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
-Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the company
-Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
-Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
-Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
-Updating the CRM and ensuring managers are aware of changes within clients
-Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
RequiredQualifications
-University degree. Preferably in Economic, Business or Marketing field
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales projects related to construction
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Fluent in spoken and written Armenian, Russian and English languages
-Hardworking with a strong work ethic
-Excellent time and project management skills
-Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to build rapport with customers
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills
-Driving Licence B,C and own transport
