Description
Ameriabank is looking for a smart person with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Responsibilities
- Promote the Company's reputation as "best place to work";
- Create job postings based on job requirements and lead the process;
- Lead the hiring and interviewing process for each open position;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable and trendy selection tools/ methods;
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;
- Research and recommend new sources for talent acquisition;
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates;
- Coordinate the posting process via professional organizations, universities, social media, etc.;
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
- Assist, couch and follow up with managers and new employees throughout the on-boarding process;
- Conduct skills assessments, reference checks and background checks;
- Prepare offers of employment;
- Participate and represent the Company at job fairs and other relevant events;
- Lead different recruitment-related projects, such as projects for newcomers or target groups and internship with universities and other partner organizations, etc.

RequiredQualifications
- BS/ MS in Management, Psychology, Sociology or other related field;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (executive headhunting, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
- Attentiveness to details;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Drive and passion for taking new challenges;
- Flexibility, innovation and creativity skills;
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills;
- Emotional maturity;
- Internally proud and motivated person with demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure under pressure;
- Ethical conduct and responsibility;
- Availability of a professional certification (CMI, PHR, HRCI, SHRM, etc.) is a plus.
