Responsibilities
-Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data
-Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
-Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
-Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
-Conducts internal audit functions by monitoring restaurant's commodity crocks and cash turnover
-Maintains stock database by verifying the data and keeping minimum required stock level
-Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis

RequiredQualifications
-Analytical and financial modeling skills
-Ability to influence and persuade
-Knowledge experience of ERP systems and related technologies will be a plus
-Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
-Excellent time management and organizational ability
-Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
-Willingness to work long hours, when necessary
