Description
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced IT Project Manager (PM) who will manage and lead projects during the development of products. The incumbent will maintain information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

Responsibilities
-Accomplish project objectives by effectively communicating with all stakeholders; planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
-Demonstrate expertise in all the phases of the project life cycle
-Collaborate with technical team leads, developers, business analysts and other specialists to solve problems and execute project challenges while delivering high quality on time and on budget
-Interact daily with clients as the primary point of contact
-Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines
-Achieve a consensus among diverse viewpoints, while effectively translating ideas into prioritized and actionable steps
-Create, maintain and present project plans and other relevant project documentation, using a variety of project management methodologies and tools
-Create project status reports and deliverable progress materials for clients
-Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions
-Coordinate communication with all departments involved in operating the system, internal and external clients, stakeholders
-Control and evaluate release plans of projects, as well as effectively handle change requests
-Conduct various analysis on the initial phase of projects
-Provide direction and support to Project Teams
-Evaluate and present regular reports on project risks
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering
-More than 3 years of proven experience in project management
-PMP or a Scrum Master qualification is highly preferred
-Good understanding of information technology and software products
-Analytical thinking
-Experience in conducting daily scrum meetings and coordinating tasks
-Experience in planning and conducting work analysis, creating project plans, including resource requirements
-Advanced computer skills
-Knowledge various Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
-Knowledge of Project Management tools and Software: JIRA Software, MS Project
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
-Good problem solving skills and ability to act as a leader
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Ability to interact with potential customers and partners worldwide in a professional manner
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Goal-oriented team player
