Responsibilities

  1. Involve in Knowledge Base processes: creating, reviewing and maintaining articles
  2. Actively cowork with Customer Support representatives to keep on the same track
  3. Translate customer feedback into possible changes and innovations in KB
  4. Ensure the KB is up to date and relevant at all times based product updates and changes
  5. Compile information, such as technical terms used within industry settings, into glossaries and terminology to be used in articles

RequiredQualifications

  1. Native or bilingual proficiency of English and Spanish languages
  2. Excellent written communication skills in mentioned languages and in-depth knowledge of language/country-specific cultures
  3. Tech-savvy: proficient in the use of modern technology and internet
  4. Minimum a year of translator's experience
  5. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Fireworks

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Excellent knowledge of 4th language such as German, Portuguese, Russian or French
  2. MA or BA degree in Translations or related discipline
  3. Knowledge of translation-oriented applications and software
  4. Direct experience as Knowledge Base Editor in IT industry
