Description
The Company is looking for proactive, motivated and creative individual with extensive marketing (including digital marketing) experience, who will join the team and foster the Company's development. The ideal candidate must be exceedingly well organized, full of bright ideas, quick-learner and multi-functional. The person will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
-Present Company to the market to raise market awareness about it and its activities and services
-Ensure cooperation with various trade organizations, brands, tenants, existing and potential customers, media, etc.
-Prepare and deliver marketing strategies, various proposals, ideas, development projects and reports to the Marketing Manager, Marketing team and the Company managers on a regular basis
-Support and organize various social events to increase market awareness of the Company and its activities
-Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns to target relevant audiences
-Perform market research, identify client needs and target segments and develop products and services accordingly to maximize sales
-Manage Company's social platforms, perform digital marketing
-Ensure customer service satisfaction via constant monitoring of service and product quality
RequiredQualifications
-Extensive experience in Marketing (including digital marketing), PR, Advertising
-Strong research, planning, strategic and analytical skills
-Outstanding communication, presentation and customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication in Armenian, English, Russian
-Excellent computer skills
-Attentive to details
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
-Target oriented and persuasive
-Strong team player
-Ability to deal with difficult / stressful situations
