Responsibilities
- Supervise the work process according to the accepted technological norms
- Compile and preserve the recipes
- Develop technological process chain for new and already existing production
- Periodically examine the existing technological process chain of products
- Define and estimate the quality standards of raw material
- Suggest ideas for creating new meat products
- Develop new product
- Suggest solutions in case of distorted technological processes
- Correct distorted technological processes
- Change the technological process to increase the production efficiency
- Investigate and implement the raw-meat material, spices and additives of international market
- Assess the quality standards of manufactured goods
- Test the type compliance of raw-meat material
- Analyze the output and defects of manufactured goods and discuss them with the chief of the section
- Identify the training needs of workers
- Compile and submite required reports to the management board
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in technology
- Excellent knowledge of technological processes
- Good knowledge of raw-meat material types and food additives
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance standards
- Analytical mind
- Strong communicational skills
- Management skills
- Ability to work in a team
