Phase Three: Establishment of marketing and digital presence management processes

Phase Four: Assessment report (lessons learnt)

Phase Five: Research on SEF Brand heritage and awareness level

Project Deliverables

• Phase One: Gap analysis report and matrix on conclusions and recommendations, improvement action plan and monitoring (KPIs)
• Phase Two:Two-dimensional Marketing and Digital Presence Strategy 2020 for current and potential clients including and its implementation plan
• Phase Three:Documentation on business workflows (Report standards, statistics and data collection processes)
• Phase Four: Assessment report
• Phase Five: Research report including three categories of participants (SEF employees, clients and non-clients)
