Responsibilities
- Design and develop strategies to enhance and optimize technical operations.
- Ensure the continuous operation of telecommunications equipment, implement an effective system for detecting and preventing malfunctions.
- Serve as an advisor to senior executives during strategic decision-making.
- Make decisions about which technologies are most likely to generate the highest rate of return.
- Monitor new technologies and assess their potential to become new products or services.
- Develop new products based on new technology or improve core products.
- Control and comply with operating expenses, forecasting, capital budget and strategic planning for technical department.
RequiredQualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in the Telecom field as a Chief Technology Officer.
- Degree in Telecommunications, IT or related areas.
- Highly developed leadership skills with the ability to build, lead and develop a team as well as effectively lead change management.
