Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the installation, adjustment and keeping in due order of company’s software, equipment, and information system infrastructure
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems, telephony, and networks
- Ongoing user support, including the set-up of equipment for employee use, trouble shooting, installation of software, technical assistance and various support, answering user questions
- Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service
- Control IS related stock items (cartridge, spare details and other); responsible for accurate fixed asset maintenance / recording. Inventory of IT Fixed assets
- Lead IT related projects
- Execute adaptation of Globally Developed Systems and Software for Local needs and requirements
- Software and hardware operating continuously
- Maintenance of software and hardware disaster recovery
- Administration of specialized system software
- Analysis of network resources and modes of operation
- Monitoring the updating of server operating systems and software
- Maintenance of server and network equipment
- Provision of acceptance, installation and testing of hardware, software and communication facilities of the network infrastructure
RequiredQualifications
- Good working knowledge of Windows 10 (installation and administration)
- Good working of Microsoft applications (installation and administration)
- Good working of installation, adjustment and use of computer equipment as well as of various peripheral equipment (printer, scanner etc.)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL methodology
- English language knowledge level (written) – intermediate, (verbal) – upper intermediate
- Knowledge of management and administration of SQL server and databases and experience in development of reporting
- Languages: Armenian, Russian, English
- Programming experience is a plus
