Responsibilities
Sales Assistant will be involved in but not limited to:
- Conducting market and potential client research
- Maintaining company CRS system and keeping it up to date
- Lead generation and mining via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Local Express Services and identify potential Partners
- Providing a high-level overview of local Express products and services and set appointments
- Scheduling presentations between prospects and Local Express US sales team member
- Developing and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities.
- Report to the company Head of Sales
RequiredQualifications
- Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Assistant, Associate or similar role; a fast learner with drive
- Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook); strong ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Ability to make numerous phone calls daily all while maintaining high motivation and a great attitude
- Willingness to work on different time zones
- Fluent English and ability to communicate clearly and effectively through email and via telephone in English
- College degree preferred or previous Lead Generation experience; coachable and willing to learn.
