Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot network issues
- Monitor overall performance of PC’s
- Organize the backup process of working data
- Consultee and support company’s employees to solve the encountered network and computer issues
- Detect and rapidly resolve broken networks
- Install and assure uninterrupted work of not only computer devices, but also other components, such as printer, scanner and etc.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in technology
- Knowledge and experience in IT field is a must
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operation systems
- Skills to administrate operation systems
- General knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing and Remote Access, Terminal Services, Proxy Server, WAN and LAN, TCP/IP, Web Server, File Server
- Driving license is desirable
