Description
Join AAB Construction Legal team, if you are a Legal Advisor.
Responsibilities
-Provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the company's business and commercial objectives
-Support legal team in the formulation, planning and implementation of an effective legal strategy for the company and in managing legal risk
-Review internal policies and procedures to ensure they are drafted in accordance with legislation
-Monitor, measure and report on any legal issues, opportunities and development in a timely manner
-Advise on and assist with the management of all contracts and legal documentation within the organization
-Draft, review and negotiate contracts with contractors necessary for the operation of the company
-Research, prepare and present briefings to colleagues and senior management on relevant legal issues
-Perform other related tasks and assignments as requested
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in Law, post-graduate degree is preferred
-At least 3 year of relevant experience, preferably in construction sphere
-Excellent knowledge of Civil law, including Administrative, Tax and related legislation and Labor law
-Awareness and adherence of business ethics
-Capacity to work under pressure
-Result oriented approach to the work
-Effective interpersonal skills and ability to contribute to the building of team spirit
-Ability to operate sensitively in business environment and develop effective working relations with colleagues and clients
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office
