Marnoe Elite Real Estate LLC is looking for a Company Director. The incumbent will be responsible for the entire Company operation, including personnel matters and financial performance and will be the first representative of the Company on board.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop all aspects of the business with the aim to achieve business success and profitability;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Company;
- Responsible for the Company's financial strategy and planning;
- Responsible for all aspects of all departments;
- Always act in the best interests of the Company.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- Previous experience relevant to the responsibilities;
- Highly responsible and reliable person;
- Knowledge of budget planning and financial controls;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Skills in public relations, which requires an excellent command of English and Russian languages;
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
