  • Answer reviews
  • A successful track record of customer support
  • Advanced proficiency in English language
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • QA experience is a plus

RequiredQualifications

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Provide a professional level of support to our customers via our support tools
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Customer Service
  • Perform all Customer Service activities as needed
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting
