Responsibilities
- Perform functional, performance and load testing (AS Bank system, applications and web services)
- Log and manage defects through to resolution, identify, analyze, and document problems
- Review and analyze requirements and specifications of projects
- Enhance the Company's continuous delivery and continuous integration capabilities
- Design and update testing documentation (test plans and test cases)
- Monitor automated tests and report issues when needed
- Collaborate with Agile teams to provide input into test planning
- Work closely with technical and non-technical people across various product development teams to advance automated testing coverage.
RequiredQualifications
- 4+ years of work experience as QA Engineer
- 3+ years of experience with automation testing, knowledge of TestComplete will be considered a plus
- Strong coding experience (Java/C#/other) writing test automation scripts
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or in a related field
- Experience in development of test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data-driven automated tests
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing life cycle
- Experience with automated build/continuous-integration systems like Bamboo, Jenkins
- Familiarity with API testing, security testing, and performance testing
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Time management skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the development teams
- Excellent communication skills
