Responsibilities

In this role you will work closely with the chief PO to define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities. Also, we will be expecting you to:

  • Research and understand the specifics of the digital marketing automation industry;

  • Analyze competitors and stay on top of the industry news;

  • Design market leading products and modules;

  • Gather user feedback and continuously improve the product;

  • Create system wireframes and specifications;

  • Elaborate user stories, ensure team’s efficient load

  • Organize and facilitate milestone planings, reviews, daily stand-up and retrospective meetings;

  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new   functionalities;

  • Be proactive, involve actively in idea generation, implementation & validation;

  • Coach the team, manage and drive the agile process;

  • BE A CREATIVE LEADER:)

RequiredQualifications

You are our ideal candidate if you are a product visionary with strong technical and analytical skills and you also meet most (if not all) of the following requirements:

  • Higher education in computer science, economics, math or a related field;

  • Excellent knowledge of  English ;

  • At least 1 year’s experience as a PM or PO;  

  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum) and approaches ;

  • General understanding of software development processes and cycles;

  • Strong time management, communication and presentation skills;

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Experience in task management tools (such as Jira, Trello, etc.) and wireframing and mockup design tools will be considered as an advantage;

  • Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly;

  • Familiarity with UI/UX concepts is desired.
