MPW Retail Group is looking for a results-driven Manager for Penti Store with retail experience. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the Store.

Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff;
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service;
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits;
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share;
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths;
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position in retail;
- Proven successful experience as a Retail Manager;
- Advanced knowledge of English language (both oral and written); knowledge of Russian language will be a plus;
- Advanced exposure to retailing practices, promotions and visual merchandising activities;
- Demonstrated good communication and negotiation skills;
- Very strong analytic skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Customer management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Exposure to advance merchandise management practices;
- Prior experience in working for a high performance driven organization.
