- Design, communicate and lead innovative IT development strategy and plan
- Develop the Company's technological strategy
- Make digital business transformation a practical reality
- Develop long term plans to sustain and support the business anticipating the future trends
- Lead strategic insight and overview of business case justifications and ROI analysis for IT spending and initiatives
- Align activities of Information Technology Division with the needs of business units and group business and innovation plan
- Optimize and manage the technology network in a manner it delivers high efficiency with sufficient resilience and yet managing costs effectively
- Communicate the company's technology strategy to partners, management and investors
- Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization's resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of Information Technologies
- Collaborate with the relevant departments to assess and recommend technologies and solutions that support company's organizational needs


- University degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Economics
- Demonstrated business knowledge and minimum 10 years of relevant experience from which 7 years in managerial position related to IT administration
- Strategy thinking and visionary in IT
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated learning ability to succeed in ambiguous or rapidly evolving situations and in a constantly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, and with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated broad knowledge in innovative technical industries, a good awareness of on-going trends for technology, and an in-depth understanding of the processes and technologies that support technological development
- Must be broadly creative, seek innovative solutions and clear decision making
- Good understanding of business development principles required
- Demonstrated independent leadership in strategic and/or technology projects
- Strong project management skills, knowledge of PMBoK, PRINCE2, MSF, P2M standards will be an advantage
- Familiarity with information security standards and practices and risk management tools
- Strong experience in IT solutions, development and implementation
- Strong analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to prioritize issues generate critical insights and formulate strategic recommendations. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
- Detail orientation skills
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
