Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the area/sales manager, develop, implement and manage E-Commerce sales channels and strategies for Travel Armenia agents
- Development of market specific strategy to increase direct online sales, include management of e-mail communication, viral activities etc. Identify and management of business development relationships to increase online sales
- Ensure smooth implementation and commercialization of all new online features and products in the local market. Online check-in, closed user group functionality, manage my booking, sign up and management of etc. Ensure all fulfillment and payment processes are implemented, supported and managed according to guidelines set by E-Commerce
- Development of the annual Sales and Marketing Plan for the local E-Commerce area, as well as alignment of offline and online activities for the Airline
RequiredQualifications
- Graduate with a minimum 3 year's experience in a marketing/sales or operational capacity. Experience in the E-Commerce environment and an understanding of technology is essential
- Understanding of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and marketing knowledge would be essential
- Proven working experience in social media marketing (SMM)
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO
- A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment
- Familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential. Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications required
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
- Strong negotiating skills, decision-making capabilities, resourcefulness to conduct independent research and gather information to fully understand your market and strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to delegate and handle multiple priorities
- Self-Motivated and results oriented
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
