Currently we are looking for a 2nd Line Application Back-end Support Team Leader for our Amsterdam office to make the team even stronger.
As part of the Pan-European Support Team, a Team Leader will lead and coordinate advanced Operation/Maintenance support on the video solutions for an international telecommunications company.
- Experience in leading support teams of 5-10 members
- Experience working with application back-end teams
- Linux administration experience
- Familiarity with (micro/web) services concepts, ability to troubleshoot and monitor complex back-end systems
- Intermediate level of English (B1+) or higher
