Responsibilities
Lead
· Change management activities related to delivery of legal support
Deliver
· Contractual job
· Support execution of strategic projects
· Support implementation of trainings to the staff

· Supporting to compliance with applicable legislation
· Ensure proper authorization, execution and administration of contracts

· Support of internal customers
· Advising on daily matters
· Support to ensuring function performance against Service Level Agreements
· Drafting of various legal documents
· Deliver legal support

· Seek and apply best practices
· Support process improvement and automatation
RequiredQualifications
· University degree in Law
· Minimum 2 years working experience in legal
· Fluent English and Armenian languages, Russian is an advantage
· Good knowledge of Local and United Customs union legislation, especially in the following areas:
- Commercial and contracting law
- Labor law and Personal Data protection
- Ethics and Compliance framework
- Litigation
- IP
