Responsibilities
- Develops the overall sales strategy for the hotel and proposes the key objectives and activities for his/her team to ensure meeting and exceeding the budget targets
- Achieves room night production goals by developing and implementing strategies to grow accounts and shift market share from competitive hotels
- Achieves average rate goals through all segments by applying the appropriate rate and revenue maximizations strategies
- Drives marketing strategy of the property by developing, planning and managing the hotel content on brand website, social media and other marketing channels
- Ensures the account database is properly maintained and updated at all times
RequiredQualifications
- Sales and Marketing leadership experience in international hospitality environment for minimum of 3 years
- Proven track record of increasing the sales volume and optimizing revenue stream
- Positive, outgoing personality with a clear and structured approach towards business tasks
- Strong and inspiring leader
- Knowledge of hospitality property management systems
- Solid knowledge of the local market and all its segments
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English with other languages being a plus
- Ability to join the team on a short notice
- Ability to prove yourself and be a part of a winning team
