Responsibilities
- Connect with the Head of Department and CPO to determine staffing needs;
- Source, screen and attract potential candidates by using internal database, social media platforms, etc.;
- Perform phone interviews with candidates and decide to set an interview meeting;
- Coordinate interviews with the head of departments managers in a timely manner;
- Following up on the interview process status;
- Complete reference and background checks;
- Maintain relationships with internal staff to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
- Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy;
- Establish and maintain good relations with entities such as universities, recruitment agencies, HR Association;
- Complete timely reports on employment activity;
- Conduct exit interviews on terminating employees;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with the concerned manager;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs in the appropriate recruitment tool/channel;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, HR, Management, Languages;
- HR Certificate is a plus;
- Min of 1 year of relevant experience;
- Attention to detail & multitasking skills;
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Relationship building skills;
- Time management skills & perseverance;
- Accurate and responsible.
