Responsibilities
- Prepare economic integration individual intervention plan based on graduation approach: a) Conduct SWOT analysis of family b) Develop intervention activities c) Conduct regular follow-up and monitoring
- Participate in Selection Committee meetings
- Support in mapping of state and non-governmental organizations involved in economic development projects
- Educate and assist businesses and self-employed in the utilization of marketing, record-keeping systems and other tools
- Provide individual coaching and other technical assistance to people of concern (POC)
- Participate in team discussions, internal and external meetings and relevant trainings
- Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor or the Secretary
- General of ARCS
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of work experience in business or marketing field
- Self-motivated person, comfortable to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to relate to small business owners, regardless of professions
- Strong interest in micro enterprise or economic development
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills; ability to meet fixed deadlines
- Good command of oral and written Armenian and English languages
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good familiarity with the situation of Syrian-Armenians in Armenia is desirable
