Responsibilities

- To supervise all F&B sections
- To supervise and control the staff schedule – following the service productivity standard and the multifunctional aspect (bartenders, waiters, headwaiters and etc.) of staff organization
- To make inventories together with Cost Control
- To provide F&B statistics
- To make budget planning together with managers of F&B Department
- To achieve Budget through efficient working and active sales in all F&B departments
- To maintain the physical facility and equipment to ensure that guests receive services in a clean and safe environment
- To work closely together with all outlet managers, kitchen chef and purchasing
- To supervise staff, and quality of service, procedures, setup, and guest satisfaction
- To control the cashier systems
- To motivate staff, performs and supervises Trainings
- To maintain positive labor relations within the context of hotel policies and regulation to ensure that employees' turnover that has minimized, and all employees' complaints that have handled according to established procedures Is physically to present in the outlets when needed and keeps a follow up during the service and during the rush time
- To assist staff in taking orders and serving when needed
- To control the employees regarding the implementation of tasks reflected in job descriptions, the hotel regulations, the job orders and in the fulfillment of concrete orders
- In case of absence of the outlet managers, he/she will be fully in charge of the entire F&B operation of the hotel.
- To make adjustments on bills, if necessary
- To discussed rates and prices with clients and give rebates, if required, following the complaining policy
- To have good knowledge about the complete F&B offers (Bar, Restaurant, Banquet)

RequiredQualifications

- Work experience: at least 3 years in managing position; at least 5 years in Food & Beverage; at least 1 year in Hospitality
- English and Russian languages skills: advanced
- Computer skills: Micros System, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Opera PMS will be considered as a plus
