Responsibilities
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Manager
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Ensure that the quality of the delivery is of high standards
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management and align actual feature definition to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Research and analyze competitors’ products and features, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Translate requirements into functional service designs and create service models along with supporting documentation (stories, sprints, releases)
RequiredQualifications
- Educational background in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering
- University degree in the field of Computer Science or Engineering combined with strong business acumen and customer-centricity
- Solid technical understanding of software products combined with 5+ years of working experience
- Solid understanding of software product life cycle management and severe attention to details
- Experience with cross-platform mobile and web application development is a strong advantage
- Experience with building Flutter application and successfully launching them to production is a strong advantage
- Experience/Certification with Scrum/Agile and proficiency in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
- “Can-Do” attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
- An energetic and passionate personality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outstanding presentation, communication and information sharing skills
- Fluency in English language
