The incumbent will be responsible for management of operational risks (including those inherent to IT systems of the bank), in particular, assessment, analysis, monitoring of risks, configuration of risk parameters and preparation of reports

Responsibilities
-Identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risks inherent to the Bank's business processes and IT systems
-Operational/IT risk mitigation actions and control set up and monitoring, evaluation of their risk mitigation efficiency
-Quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessment of operational and IT risks
-Operational risk incidents' database management and analysis
-Development and maintenance of the system of operational limits and authorities
-Risk reporting and development of the relevant tools
-Perform other duties related to risk management functions as assigned by the supervisor
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in finance, business administration, IT/technical field, economics or other related field
-At least 2 years of work experience in banking, preferably in risk management and/or development of banking technologies, IT and IT Security spheres
-At least 6 month of work experience in AmeriaGroup
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AS Bank 4.0
-Ability to develop and implement projects, proficiency in performing financial and statistical analyses
-Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Communication and team-player skills, ability to cooperate
-Creative thinking, consultation skills
-Commitment to work and high sense of responsibility
