Responsibilities
- Build DevOps solutions using relevant tools, automation/configuration/container management
- Follow secure DevOps practices and identify techniques for building secure platforms, integration security requirements, secure development practices, and deployment from the beginning to the end of the software lifecycle
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Perform root cause analysis, system troubleshooting, investigate and resolve technical issues
- Configure and support automated tools across all stages of the development pipeline including integration, testing, staging and production
- Understand server and service configuration best practices for debugging and resolving issues
- Document processes and user guidelines for integrated tools and scripts
- Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments
- Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system/data backup, and security/performance monitoring
- Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards, and make recommendations for improvement
RequiredQualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- At least 5 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role;
- Strong understanding of micro-services and related architectures
- Knowledge of containerization technologies
- Experience with Cloud Provide
- Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools
