Responsibilities
- Teach the course according to the curriculum;
- Develop syllabi and course plans for students and hold regular class/office hours as appropriate for the teaching load;
- Give homework assignments, grade them and return them to students on a regular basis;
- Find, implement, and share new instructional strategies;
- Ensure high standards of professional practice and quality of teaching and learning of the subject;
- Confidently explain concepts and process to students;
- Be equipped with multiple ways to solve problems and use alternate strategies to help students grasp difficult concepts;
- Adapt at structuring the classroom environment to facilitate learning;
- Have high skills in planning effective classroom instructions;
- Be proficient in preparing effective and appropriate lesson plans;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- An earned degree in Computer Science;
- 3-5 years of demonstrated professional experience working in the field;
- Proven experience in teaching;
- Proficiency in English and in Armenian.
