Responsibilities
- Run activities in terms of signing leasing contracts/agreements for new mobile base stations;
- Cooperate with leaseholders in the process of registering and legalization of base station sites;
- Participate in the process of construction and acceptance of sites provided by vendor companies;
- Conduct monitoring and analysis of existing leasing contracts.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree, preferably in Technical field;
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field is an asset;
- Knowledge of structure and terms of leasing contracts/agreements;
- Comprehension of real-estate market in Armenia and current trends;
- Knowledge of mobile network and its structure is a plus;
- Reporting and business writing skills;
- Willingness to site works and trips within territory of RA;
- Negotiation skills and ability to cooperate with external partners;
- Organized, flexible and communicative personality;
- Excellent team worker, ability to control hard cases effectively;
- Advanced skills in MS Office;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is a plus.
