Responsibilities

• Director manages the entire work of the restaurant,
• Director's goal is to ensure the constant work of the restaurant;
• Getting new customers,
• Restaurant revenue growth;
• Staff recruitment and team building;

The director is an example for managers and employees. He acts as a leader and leads the team towards the goal. He supports his subordinates and rewards them for their efforts and success.

The director is the person who decides, guides the work in the restaurant and creates an exceptional atmosphere in the restaurant for attractiveness for guests.

RequiredQualifications

• Higher education (preferably in professional field);
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant position,
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English;
• Computer Skills, MS Office, iiko,
• Personnel Management Skills:
• Representative, friendly, polite and customer-oriented attitude;
• High level of planning, organization and control;
• Responsibility and honest attitude towards work;
• Communication capability and ability to communicate with people in difficult situations;
