Responsibilities
- Be able to handle academic, administrative and headhunting HR functions
- Prepare efficient network of talents within the university and beyond
- Conduct hiring process, including recruitment, testing, interviews and contracting
- Develop, implement and analyze KPIs for the university staff
- Other job specific responsibilities upon necessity
RequiredQualifications
- Degree in Management, Public Relations or a related area
- A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
- Exceptional communication skills
- High-level computer proficiency
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Industry specific knowledge will be viewed as an advantage
