Responsibilities
- Study of the market, its trends, analysis of the competitive environment
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes the specifics of the company's presence on the Internet, adjusting the strategy to the market situation, managing the reputation and promoting the company on the Internet. Evaluation of its effectiveness
- Organization of work in the field of company positioning: participation in solving issues affecting the company's image
- Management of the marketing department (online and offline), distribution of tasks among department employees, control over the implementation of the tasks set
- Supervision of E-mail marketing, SMM, SEO, Landing Pages development (idea, structure, design, texts) and lead generation (contextual advertising, PR, SMM)
- Organization of various publications about the company, writing news and press releases and their distribution in the media, holding presentations and press conferences, product promotion through online and offline channels
- Ensuring information gathering and reporting for analysis by senior management
- Formation and monitoring of the budget of the unit
RequiredQualifications
- Higher specialized education
- Successful experience in promoting and launching IT products on the Russian and foreign markets (the availability of a portfolio with implemented strategies would be an asset)
- Understanding the process of promotion and marketing of complex software products
- Understanding of competitive technologies, market trends
- Knowledge of modern marketing technologies
- Good organization, analytical thinking, a systematic approach to solving problems
- Understanding the basics of aesthetics, ethics, including business ethics, and social psychology
- Fluent in English and Russian
