Responsibilities
- Design testing plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures
- Develop corresponding methods, standards and procedure for the assessment of the quality and degree of readiness of software packages
- Plan testing schedule, strategy in compliance with the project implementation and delivery schedules
- Test the changes made to software packages for implementation of software installation
- Find, register and check for gaps and problems in the software ordered
- Check software specifications and systems on a daily basis and submit reports on check findings to all the interested parties
- Implement testing results analysis
- Maintain and manage a database of gaps identified as a result of testing
- Direct and support team members in developing an appropriate checklist through corresponding tools of the team for different testing cases
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in testing "LSBank" system
- Knowledge of methodologies of Agile/Scrum processes development
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Analytical skills
- Ability to effectively work in a team
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems fast
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to multitask and keep up with deadlines, result-driven personality
- Knowledge of SQL inquiries will be a plus
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility
- Ability of quick orientation and working in different situations
