Description
Intertech is currently looking for a Product Specialist enthusiastic about and responsible for the Company products' ongoing maintenance and improvement. The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams to identify, track and resolve issues related to the products as well as streamline and improve their maintenance process.

Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill products' gaps and generate new ideas that improve products' features and customer experience to drive growth;
- Act as a lead tester and ensure proper functionality of the products by estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities;
- Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved;
- Responsible for coordination, implementation and control of product related diverse projects;
- Be the go-to person for any queries around the products;
- Ensure products' quality is of high standard as per verified deliverables;
- Act as a products' evangelist to build awareness and understanding;
- Be the products champion and expert to understand customer and business needs and actively identify opportunities for improvements;
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure product related needs and maintenance activities are being met as well as SLAs are achieved.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Technology and/ or Business related field;
- Ideally 1-2 years of product maintenance/ ownership experience;
- History of delivering accurate results within deadlines, with well-developed project management skills;
- Basic technical background with understanding and/ or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job;
- Skills in working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix company;
- Demonstrable oral and written communication skills in English language;
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail.
