Responsibilities
As a PM Assistant, your typical day will look like this:
- Provide a short summary of the decisions taken and action items after each meeting with client. Email the action items to regular attendees after the meeting. Upload the meeting minutes to Confluence
- Update the actions log on the daily basis
- Once the Sprint composition is confirmed with the client during a planning meeting, import the sprint to Synergy Jira
- After the Sprint is deployed to a QA environment, prepare the Sprint Deliverables to be provided to the client
- Prepare monthly timesheets of all employees involved into the project according to a pre-defined format and submit them at the end of each month
- Coordinate workshop logistics
