Responsibilities

- Daily review of game performance and reporting to supervisor
- Tournament schedule analysis, upgrade and reporting to supervisor
- Competitors analysis and reporting to supervisor
- Incidents management – reporting to supervisor and executive solutions / fixes coming from him/her
- Daily tournament creation and reporting to supervisor
- New promotions planning, creation, execution and reporting to supervisor
- CRM activities planning, execution and reporting to supervisor
- Reporting all customers and operators (partners) feedback/requests to supervisor and execute decisions / solutions coming from him/her
- Close communication to developers, marketing, CRM and all necessary parties for activities execution
- Ability to work on weekends and overtimes, if there is a need
- Monitor all ongoing promotions on website, client, external sites

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education
- Knowledge of rules and regulations of poker game
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Armenian
- Good computer skills
- Fast orientation skills
- Previous work experience is desired
