Responsibilities

- Attract SME customers
- Initiate marketing actions for the purpose of attracting customers
- Collect customer loan applications as well as file of documents required for lending
- Monitor and analyze the customers' financial position for the purpose of compliance check with the internal procedures of the Bank
- Prepare small business credit rating and opinion
- Analyze small business lending services and cross-selling volumes
- Responsible for problem loans workout with customers in compliance with the internal procedures of the Bank

RequiredQualifications

- Degree in Economics or technical education
- Work experience in the financial banking system is desirable
- Knowledge of legislation and subsidiary legislation regulating the field of banking system
- Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Team player with problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills
- Capability of preparation and submission of reports
- Interpersonal relationships, conflict management, information collection, analytical and management skills
- Information technologies and computer literacy
