Varks.am is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager who will develop and lead on multi-channel customer acquisition strategy by carrying out targeted acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels, including, but not limited to email, PPC, affiliates, mobile and direct mail.

Responsibilities
- Develop effective strategy for engaging new clients;
- Develop and implement referral strategy using incentives in the Company's customer referral program;
- Create and maintain lists of potential referral clients;
- Oversee the process of calling potential clients and engaging them to maximize sales;
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels;
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies;
- Coordinate content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities;
- Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on performance;
- Build an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives at the lowest possible cost;
- Partner with the Marketing team to generate content ideas that align with business goals;
- Support the development of images, infographics, videos, and other rich media;
- Manage editorial governance so content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone;
- Create and execute social media initiatives, including writing diverse content and developing opportunities for engagement;
- Analyze management reports to improve social media performance;
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues;
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels;
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting;
- Conduct market research and keep up to date the knowledge of market;
- Escalate the burning issues at the right moment to the Direct Reporting Manager.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales support or sales operations;
- Experience in interfacing with all levels of management (internal and partners);
- Proactive, detail-oriented and flexible person able to multi-task along with strong organizational skills;
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO and PPC);
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment;
- Ability to work in Agile frameworks and identify and resolve problems, while maintaining a strong customer focus;
- Ability to provide and execute creative solutions to challenges;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
